What is CandidateSeekers?

CandidateSeekers is a hiring platform where candidates build one structured profile and companies find them through a 27-dimension matching engine. Companies send pitches to candidates they want - candidates never apply.

Is CandidateSeekers free for candidates?

Yes. Always. Creating an account, building your profile, receiving pitches, responding, references, community feed, everything. Candidates will never be charged.

How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?

On traditional platforms, you apply to jobs and hope someone reads your resume. On CandidateSeekers, you build a profile once and companies find you based on structured match data across 27 dimensions. Both sides see the score and the full breakdown. No keyword filtering. No resume parsing. No guessing.

How do I get more pitches?

Complete your profile. Every empty field is a dimension the algorithm cannot score, which means lower match scores and fewer companies seeing you as a strong fit. Follow the orange dots on your sidebar to see what is missing.

Can companies see my salary?

Companies can see your salary expectations and preferences - this is how the system matches you with roles in your range. What companies cannot see is your past salary history from previous employers. That is private so you are never evaluated or lowballed based on what you accepted before.

What if I am not actively looking?

Set your profile to Private to hide from all companies. Or enable Quiet Search to stay visible but automatically hidden from your current employer. Learn about visibility settings.

Can my current employer see my profile?

Not if you enable Quiet Search. The system automatically detects your current employer from your work experience and hides your profile from them. You can also manually block additional companies. Learn more.

What does "verified" mean?

Once your profile reaches 70% completion, it becomes eligible for verification. Only verified candidates are shown to hiring teams. Unverified profiles are not visible in the talent pool.

What is a rehire rate?

When your references complete their feedback, the system calculates a rehire rate - the percentage of references who said they would work with you again. You review the feedback, choose what to publish, and hiring teams see it on your profile. Learn how references work.

How does culture fit work?

You set preferences across 14 workplace dimensions - collaboration style, work pace, feedback approach, autonomy, and more. Companies set theirs too. The algorithm scores how well they align. Learn about culture fit.

What is the referral program?

How much does it cost?

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite team members as Admin (full access minus billing) or Member (create roles, send pitches, manage candidates). Only the account owner has Superadmin access to billing. Learn about team management.
