By accessing CandidateSeekers (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

Use of the Platform

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You may not misuse the service or attempt to access restricted areas.
• You may not harvest data or attempt to manipulate match results.

Subscriptions & Billing

Companies (“Seekers”) agree to recurring subscription billing based on the plan selected. Failure to process payment may result in account suspension.

Integrations

By connecting third-party integrations (including Zoom), you authorize CandidateSeekers to receive securely transmitted data required to provide scheduling, analytics, and interview features.

Third-Party Authentication

By authenticating your account through third-party services like Google or Microsoft, you agree to abide by their respective terms and conditions of service. CandidateSeekers is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
